The closest airport is Brussels Airport (BRU).

The airport is within walking distance (2,5 km) to the OM ZavCentre, you could walk 30 minutes.

There is also a bus with number 272 from the Airport to “Brussels Noord”, from perron A, every 40 minutes. You need to get out at the stop “Zaventem Hoekplein” after about 5 minutes, and you are 90 m from the ZavCentre.

Departure

When buying your return tickets, please consider that the conference finishes after lunch on Saturday, at 12:45. Calculate time for getting to the airport and security/boarding. The earliest flight on Saturday should depart no earlier than 14:30. Thank you for purchasing your flights to respect this schedule. We are together for less than three days. The OM ZavCentre is just a 10 minute walk from the Zaventem Village train station. See the map on https://www.om.org/be/be_en/zavcentre

From any Brussels train station you can take the train direction Leuven that stops in Zaventem Dorp. Most trains to the Airport in Zaventem do not stop in Zaventem Dorp.

Arrival

There are very limited parking opportunities, because the area around the airport has strict rules and expensive parking lots.
We recommend to use public transport if possible.
You really need to have a good reason to come by car.

When driving to the ZavCentre, we recommend you use a GPS device. Entering the address and following its instructions should get you here effectively.
