Having worked in the Cybersecurity industry for both the commercial sector and for mission organisations Hilton has noticed a very different approach that mission organisations take towards cybersecurity.

This talk aims to highlight some of the differences in these two approaches and argues that how mission organisations approach cybersecurity over the next 10 years will have a significant effect on our ability to fulfil the great commission.

We will go through the steps to very quickly create a working mobile app using the Ionic and Angular framework. In this workshop you will learn how to create an app that can be deployed either as a PWA (Progressive Web App) or can be compiled into a native app for the Android and Apple app stores.

As (especially ICT-)technicians we might have a tendency to work on our own. I like the technical challenge. And when succeeding it gives me fulfillment. Nothing wrong. In this workshop, we will follow Moses through the migration of Israel and look for his leadership and communication. We will take a look at a few basic principles of a project lifecycle and see how those were shaped in the Exodus setting.

We will start with a basic overview on project building blocks and then take a look how Moses interacts with God, the leadership team of Israel and the people of Israel to learn a few principles of project management, leadership and project organization.
